Your clients are owner-managed manufacturers, distributors and trade businesses. You understand their systems, their hardware, and their technical environment. The Vantage methodology requires exactly what you already have.
Every business owner in your client base is sitting on a valuation gap. The infrastructure that closes that gap needs an IT partner who is already trusted in the building. That is where you fit.
We help owner-managed businesses move from a 3.5x exit multiple to an 11x multiple by extracting their operational knowledge — pricing logic, supplier relationships, process tolerances — and building it into a private system that lives entirely within their four walls.
That system does not live in a cloud. It does not run on a subscription. It is installed on hardware owned by the client, operated within their premises, and transferred to a buyer as a capital asset.
Every Vantage engagement requires an IT infrastructure partner who can specify, supply and install that hardware. That partner needs to be inside the business already — trusted, technically competent, and commercially aligned with the outcome.
The Vantage methodology requires access to operational systems, hardware environments and sensitive business data. A client will only authorise that for someone they already trust. That person is you.
Every Vantage Build stage requires on-premise server specification, supply and installation. That work goes to the referring IT partner as a direct commercial engagement. It is not subcontracted to us.
A business owner 18–36 months from exit is making significant decisions. The IT partner who brings them a solution that materially increases their exit value becomes part of that exit story. That relationship does not end at the sale.
The Vantage Partner Programme is selective. We work with a small number of IT infrastructure suppliers whose client base and technical capability are directly aligned with the businesses we serve.
A referral fee on every Vantage engagement that originates from your introduction. The hardware specification and installation work is a direct commercial engagement between you and the client — it is not routed through Vantage.
You also receive the Vantage IT Partner Brief — a private document that explains the full technical specification, the on-premise architecture, and the role of the IT partner in each stage of the engagement.
The brief is not published. It is issued to qualified partners following the application review.
Apply for the IT Partner Brief. Tell us about your client base and your technical capability. If there is a fit, we will send you the full brief and arrange a conversation with Graham directly.
